A qrCode or QR Code is a two-dimensional barcode consisting of a pattern of black (or colour) and white pixels capable of encoding up to 4296 alphanumeric characters (letters, numbers and special characters).
"QR" is the abbreviation for Quick Response and refers to the particularly fast scanning process by smartphones and tablets.

Each of our qrCodes has a specific purpose.
Which solution is best for you depends on your purpose.

This may be due to design changes, which sometimes make it more difficult for some applications to read QR codes.
For this reason, we recommend that you ensure that there is sufficient contrast between the background and foreground. The background should be lighter than the foreground (white QR codes on a black background, for example, may not be recognised by all QR code scanners).
In addition, the qrCode should be printed in a suitable format: we recommend a minimum size of 3x3cm.

Dynamic qrCodes can be edited and modified after they have been created and printed. Both the content and the function of the QrCode can be adapted at any time. Dynamic qrCodes also use a short URL, which directs the user to the desired page. This URL also makes it possible to create scan statistics.
This code offers many advantages, such as viewing statistics including the number of scans, the date, time and location of a scan, as well as the operating system that was used to scan the code.

Before scanning a QR code make sure your smartphone has an app that reads the code or download one from your App Store.
Devices with iOS11 or later already have a QR code reader built into the camera. This also applies to most Android devices.
Open the qrCode reader app or the camera of your smartphone and hold it in front of the QR Code. If the qrCode is scannable, you will see the option to click on the link and open the content.

After creating a qrCode, you can download it in various formats. Once downloaded into your folder, you can open the archive and print the QR code.

We recommend that you print your QR codes in at least 3x3 cm.
It is important that the choice of design and size does not impede the reading of the QR code.
