Please also note that we reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or terminate any Subscription Plan service at any time in our sole discretion, whether paid or free, provided that we will issue a pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees for services purchased but not rendered as of the date of such withdrawal or termination.
